This membership is designed for disciplined clients who train independently and value structured, autonomous programming. You receive personalized corrective exercise protocols through the app with ongoing oversight—without the scheduling constraints of live sessions.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Personalized corrective programming tailored to your movement patterns and training capacity, delivered through the app and updated weekly based on your execution and feedback.
Membership tiers provide different training frequencies to match your commitment level:
- Foundation: 3 weekly workouts
- Plus: 4 weekly workouts
- Pro: 5 weekly workouts
All tiers include priority in-app messaging (24-48 hour response, business days) and full app access during active membership.
This is personalized programming with professional oversight, not live coaching or real-time supervision.
PROGRAMMING STRUCTURE
Workouts are assigned weekly and expire at week's end. Missed workouts don't carry forward, bank, or reschedule. Programming assumes consistent training. Consistency is required, not optional.
COMMUNICATION
All communication occurs exclusively through the app. Keep feedback concise and relevant to execution, pain, or limitations. Exercise notes provide essential execution cues—this membership doesn't include detailed biomechanics education or coaching philosophy discussions.
FORM ANALYSIS
Movement evaluations require video submission through the app and are conducted once monthly. Form checks are reviewed within 24-48 hours (business days). No live video calls or Zoom sessions are included.
BILLING
Memberships renew monthly on your billing date. No refunds, prorations, or extensions for missed workouts. Failed payment stops programming until resolved.
PAUSES & FREEZES
This membership does not pause or freeze under any circumstance. Membership runs continuously from billing date until cancellation. Vacations, illness, or personal circumstances do not suspend billing or extend access.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Stripe customer portal at https://stripe.correctbodyflow.com/p/login/6oUfZg1Kj1b9eRZbNEgjC00
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you retain full access through your paid period, but no future charges occur. No refunds or prorations for unused sessions, remaining days, or any portion of the current billing period. All payments already made are final.
Accounts without active membership for more than 2 weeks will be permanently deleted, including all workout history and progress data. If you wish to return, you'll need to establish new membership and restart onboarding.
SCOPE
This is exercise programming, not medical treatment. You train within your limits and report issues immediately. We reserve the right to modify or terminate membership if guidelines are repeatedly ignored.
FINAL NOTE
This membership is built for clients who value structure, autonomy, and consistency. If you need flexibility, reminders, or live supervision, this isn't the right fit.
